SeaFirst has provided insurance to me for several properties and have been very helpful in acquiring the insurance I want at competitive rates. They have always kept me informed of my liabilities and obligations as the insured. SeaFirst was very prompt and resourceful when I needed their assistance for a small flood in my residence.

And, when we had a claim, it was processed quickly and courteously. Helpful, friendly staff - could not ask for more in an insurance company.

  Maria was great in understanding our needs and suggesting the complete coverage for our family. When it came to renewal and updates to our policy she quick to contact and explain. Great service and we really felt that we as the customer came first in protection for the family home.

  If I could put ZERO I would. Lady with short hair in the back at her desk is completely awful to deal with. Went with my mom and we were talking about which car insurance option to deal with and she was yelling at us for not know which insurance to pick which she just explained to us. She also yelled at us for wanting to add my name to my mom's insurance as I drive the car a couple days a month. Makes no sense. Rude rude rude. I will never deal with her again or this business. I recommend all my clients, friends and family to go elsewhere. We dont need to bring our business to a place that treats people like trash. Get off your high horse!
